The principal founder of Agave, Jack Sobel, is an accomplished restaurateur bringing over 15 years of restaurant and management experience to the business. Jack Sobel grew up in the hospitality industry with his family throughout the United States, having spent a great deal of time in the Land of Enchantment, New Mexico, where his love of southwestern cooking began.
Agave was also ranked number 23 out of the top 100 restaurants in Atlanta and has won numerous times for having the best margaritas which are always made with fresh squeezed lime juice.
